GIPC (Global Intellectual Property Ecology Congress) 2019 has been grandly taken place between November 5 and November 6, 2019 in Beijing. The congress was held jointly by IPRdaily and Capital Intellectual Property Services Association. Lung Tin continuously won the award” Top 10 Patent Firms of China” during the event.

This year' s congress incorporates two days: 2019 G40 IPR Leaders Closed-Door Summit at the first day and an open day program followed under the theme "IP Ecological Diversification" of this year. The partner & assistant general manager of Lung Tin, Ms Nie Huiquan attended the G40 IPR Leaders Closed-Door Summit. The partner & assistant general manager of Lung Tin, Mr Jacob Zhang made a keynote speech during the open day program.

Mr Jacob Zhang delivered a speech on "The Problem of Compensation for Damages in Chinese Civil Litigation". Firstly, Jacob introduced the basic situation of damages in patent litigation cases in China. Secondly, he interpreted and analyzed the compensation issue on damages in Chinese patent litigation cases. Finally, he provided comments and suggestions for obtaining high compensation.

It was the fourth time that Lung Tin continuously won the award "Top 10 Patent Firms of China" during the GIPC event. Vice General Manager of Lung Tin, Dr. Yu Shun received the award on behalf of the company this year. For another happiness, the director of Beijing Lung Tin Law Firm, Ms Hong Yan won the honor of "the Most Influential Legal Professional 2019" by IRP on the same day.
