"Patent Infringement Judgment Criteria Training Class (Phase 2)" was held successfully by the National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base of Shenzhen University from November 7th to 8th. Dr. Shun Yu, a partner and vice general manager of Lung Tin, was invited to teach the course "The Judgments and Remedies on SEP (Standard-Essential Patent) Infringement".
The training class is designed to be novel and practical
The content closely focused on the hot and challenging issues involved in the "Patent Infringement Judgment Criteria" and combined theories and practices of international and domestic cases.
The excellent faculty team for this training class
The lecturers are all employed by the School of Intellectual Property, Shenzhen University, which was established in 2010 and had a research team with good academic background and strong research capabilities. At the same time, a lot of lecturers are national or local theoretical/practical experts in IP academic research, judiciary, administration, enterprises, and agencies who are specially invited by Shenzhen University.
This training attracted nearly a hundred people, including intellectual property counsels from high-tech enterprises, lawyers, and IP agents.
