From June 15th to 16th, 2022, the world-renowned British intellectual property magazine MIP (Managing IP) successfully held the "MIP's Intellectual Property and Innovation Summit - Europe" in London. As a high-level international summit of the IP industry, more than 200 practitioners including officials, legal advisors, IP managers, and lawyers from government organizations, industry associations, enterprises and intellectual property service agencies around the world, actively participated in the summit. Lung Tin was warmly invited by the organizer MIP to participate in the summit, and Dr. Xu Qinghong, Partner and Director of Lung Tin, attended as speaker and sharing guest on the two major topics of "Patent and Design Litigation in China" and "Properly Protecting Your Trade Secrets Worldwide".

 

The theme of this year’s MIP Intellectual Property and Innovation Summit is "Disruption, change, innovation". The summit is generated based on the successful experience of Managing IP's International Patent Forum in the past 11 years and based on the evolution of the world pattern, aiming at creating the most comprehensive IP forum in Europe covering all aspects of intellectual property matters with an excellent industry education platform and peer social platform.

 

 

Lung Tin’s partner and director, Dr. Xu Qinghong, served as speaker and sharing guest on the two major topics of "Patent and Design Litigation in China" and "Properly Protecting Your Trade Secrets Worldwide" on the afternoon of June 15 and June 16, respectively. During the speech, Dr. Xu discussed China's patent litigation system, patent rights protection strategy and global business secret protection strategy, and shared the latest judicial practice in China with officials from the UK IP Office and IP leaders of several large multinational corporations, gaining wide attention from the participants and promoting in-depth discussions from multiple perspectives.
