Responsibilities:
1. Patent practices for domestic clients including drafting, searching and responding to Office Actions;
2. Patent invalidation or litigation;
3. Counselling with the clients.

Requirements:
1. Education: B.S. or above, M.S. is preferred;
2. Major in machinery or electron or relative technical fields;
3. Experienced in drafting, responding to OA;
4. Chinese Patent Attorney's Qualification is preferred;
5. Good sense for serving the clients.

Patent practices including drafting, translating, reviewing as well as keeping customer's relationship.

1. Education: Bachelor or above;
2. Major in machinery or electron or relative technical fields;
3. Good at German and English, which can be used as working languages;
4. More than 2 years' experience in foreign IP practices.

1. Handling all patent related matters independently;
2. Supervising colleagues in the department.

Requirements:
1. Education: Master or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biology or relative technical fields;
2. More than 5 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution, invalidation, litigation, etc.

Responsibilities:
Assisting the trademark attorney for daily work.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor or above;
2. Good language command in Japanese, better can understand Korean;
3. Better has experience in trademark related legal practices.
